We had a great visit to the VoCAT program on Tuesday this week.

Celebrating!

We celebrated birthdays last week at the park. What a beautiful day for a picnic at the park!

Girl time

It was just the girls! We went to the fabric store and a cute little shop with lots of figurines. We all enjoyed this outing.

Exploring new places

On Tuesday this week some of us went to a pet grooming store and a bakery and the grocery store. We ate a cookie at the bakery.

Hockey Game

Today we went to a hockey game! It was cold in there! Our team lost, but we had a great time anyway.

Last Week

Last week we took the city bus and train downtown. It was cool. Some of us needed to go to the bus/train office for an ID card. Then we ate lunch by the river and walked around downtown. It was a pretty day.

Mexican Food!

Today a few of us went out to eat at a Mexican restaurant nearby. It was a dreary day, but going out to eat livened things up. The meal was very tasty!

Dunkin Donuts

Yesterday we went to Dunkin Donuts and Academy. We bought a drink and a donut at the donut shop. It was delicious!

Shopping

Last week some of us went shopping to do some comparison shopping for the store we work in. We were also looking for some seasonal ideas for items we might be able to sell in our store too. We forgot to take the camera. Bummer!

PC, PM and S

Last week some of us went to Party City and PetsMart and Schlotsky's. What a day!

PO

During the second week of February we went on an outing to the Post Office. We mailed some Valentine cards.

Pet Place

Last week we went to the pet place. We saw lots of animals: turtles, lizards, birds, fish, bunnies, mice and two dogs.

Vehicles

We had a great day today! We rode a Cap.Metro bus to the Cap.Metro Rail which took us to the Convention Center to see the Boat Show. It was a cold day but we weren't outside very long and it wasn't cold inside. There were so many boats, jet skis, campers, golf carts and many other interesting things to see. The train ride was smooth and the rail car was very comfortable. What a wonderful outing!

Cold Outing

We went to the public library last week Friday. We checked out two Playaway Books. We went to the Dollar Store for crackers and tissues and Firehouse Subs for lunch. It was freezing cold outside, but it was a good trip and a fun outing.

Mall Trip

Both Thursday and Friday were cold mornings and a long wait at the bus stop for our outings. Thursday's group went to Starbucks and drank hot chocolate. Friday's group went to the mall, had coffee, and visited several stores. Everyone had fun and wants to go again very soon.
