We went to Main Event today and ate lunch at Double Dave's. It was great weather. We did a lot of walking.

Great Day!

We went to UT today on our weekly outing. What a gorgeous day! The bus ride went smoothly. Several of us bowled and we all ate lunch at the Student Union. We saw lots of people, some of them we knew.

Outing this week

We went to the Post Office and a Tax Preparer's Office this week to learn about mailing letters and about filing income taxes. We mailed a letter to one of the guy's in our group who is in the hospital. Preparing an envelope correctly is important! So is filing income taxes, but a whole lot more complicated than mailing a letter or card. It was good information to become acquainted with. Everyone seemed to want lunch from different places but we were able to stop by two places and get meals to go and eat them at the last place we stopped which was Burger King. What a great day. We are anticipating rain tomorrow, so we took our weekly outing on Wednesday while the weather was descent.

First week of 2010

Happy New Year!

Our first outing for the year was nice. We all enjoyed our trip to Wal-Mart and lunch at What-a-Burger. We bought groceries at Wal-Mart and hamburgers at What-a-Burger. It was good weather for being outside on our walk to and from the bus stop and these places. Sorry, I have no pictures to post!
